Ridhisha Foundation was formed as a company licensed under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 — the section reserved for companies set up to promote education, social welfare, environment protection and similar charitable objects, and forbidden from paying any profit to their members. The Memorandum and Articles of Association were subscribed on 19 September 2023 and the registered office is situated in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
Our registered objects cover schools and educational institutions, hospitals and dispensaries, blood donation and mobile health camps, environmental conservation and climate awareness, road safety, promotion of millets, handicrafts and handlooms, and the eradication of social evils. The objects of the company extend to the whole of India, and each activity is taken up after approval of the authority concerned.
To establish and run schools, libraries, hospitals, dispensaries and welfare institutions; to educate people about their rights and duties; and to protect the environment — applying all of our income and property solely to these objects, as our Memorandum requires.
